Trying to reach anyone at Superior Propane is a waste of time . I was being charged 25% more for propane then any other supplier in this area last winter was selling propane for .

I could never reach anyone other then a recording at the 1-877 phone # . I tried leaving messages on line at least 10 times and never had a response from anyone .

I changed suppliers this year and have left at least 8 messages for them to come and pick up their tanks and still nobody has responded .

I did however get an invoice for their tank rental. I must say the one thing they were very good at was charging my credit card for their invoices.

This was absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

This is a follow up to the above review . A very pleasant women left a message that service would contact me to pick up their tanks .

That was two weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone but they did charge my credit card for the tank rental for the year . I told you they were good at that !!!!
