I called them to get propane for my new pool heater - I had to chase them for everything and when I finally got a home visit to ensure everything was in place before installation I was told everything was good to go - got the heater hooked up, got an electrician to install a new outlet, dug the trench for the lines as they instructed but when they came to install, they told me the heater was not in the right place. They tried to blame my pool guy which had nothing to do with him and then blamed me for not following the manufacturers manual recommendation.

They refused any responsibility or to help me so I cancelled my account that I never got to actually use.

It appears they are a large enough company that they don’t need my money or my business. There is no customer service and no management called to deal with my complaint - I’m glad I never have to deal with them again and I feel for the long time customers.
