I have been customer for 9 years, didn't bother checking rates..my bad!
This year decided to check rates at competitors..WOW they were half superior rates 59C per litre at 3 competitors to $1.19 at Superior. Called them they immediately dropped rate to 83c. I switched company (free installation, no removal charges from any of the competitors).
My rental contract was up. They told me I would be billed $249 for removal of tank. Called them to remove tank. Showed up a month later and billed $379. I asked why they said for one month they would bill me $70. I asked why since they didn't show up for a month and the rate per month ($199 per year) was only $16.58 per month, lady said she didn't know why but I would have to pay it. I told them to send me my contract, and I was not paying this. She told me they would send this to collection agency.
I have decided to take them to small claims court which I will do.
